Step The World of Unmata ITS Workshop with Alexis Southall~
Improv Team Sync (ITS) is a standardised dance vocabulary developed by Amy Sigil of UNMATA. Plenty of bad-ass attitude, heaps of fun and guaranteed to make you break a sweat.
In this 2 hour workshop you'll get an ITS exposure - learn some stall movements and combos from the format, and dance, dance, dance!
Bring some water, heaps of energy, a strong team spirit, and be prepared to dance your heart out!
Come and immerse yourself in this fun and exciting format created by Amy Sigil of UNMATA, with Level 4 certified teacher Alexis. Alexis has been teaching ITS since 2013 and loves this format - she can't wait to dance with you!
Workshop cost is £20.
This intensive is suitable for anyone with a little background knowledge in Belly dance of any style. You do not need to have done ITS before so if you're curious as to what it's all about or just been desperate to try it out, here's your chance! Contact Hybrid Studios for more details or to book.

Getting fit has never been so much fun. We offer ladies only classes in which you can expect to burn calories quickly!
Classes cost £6 per class and are run weekly, by our fully qualified instructor, and are a fun and sexy way of building confidence and self esteem, while getting fit and meeting new people!
We dance barefoot in leggings and vest tops... and we are very beginner friendly!
Classes are for all ages, shapes, sizes and fitness abilities.

"Beautiful Baladi Workshop with Gemma Sahara" ~
In this dance workshop with Professional Teacher and Performer, Gemma Sahara you will learn a strong, and beautiful baladi choreography.
Students will learn movements and styling to explore this sensual dance, focusing on all fluid arms and hips, teamed with powerful accents - which we will build into beautiful baladi choreography that will capture both the attention and the hearts of your audience.
All levels welcome.

"Rio Cabaret Samba Workshop with Gemma Sahara"
In this dance workshop with Professional Teacher and Performer, Gemma Sahara you will be learning the samba no pé ..... a solo samba style, popular in the Mardi Gras and danced in Brazil.
The origins of the dance come from duet dances in Angola and the Congo in Africa.
Learn some fancy footwork tricks and shimmies that will get you performing like a Queen in no time!
Workshop is suitable for complete beginners, no experience needed.
